Bicycle Room Update

Dear May Tower II Residents,

During our recent inventory, we noted that several bicycle racks are currently empty, and some bicycles still display the old (green) sticker.

In 2023–2024, the Management issued new tags for all bicycles "authorized" to be stored in the Bicycle Room.

Please note :
1. If your bicycle still has the old (green) sticker, it is not authorized to be stored in the Bicycle Room and may be removed and disposed of accordingly.
2. All vacant/empty bicycle racks will be reassigned to other residents who require storage space.
As we have a limited number of bicycle racks, we aim to ensure they are utilized effectively to accommodate the needs of the residents.
3. Please note that all bicycles without tags will also be removed from the bicycle room and will be donated to the chosen organization.

Please be reminded that the Bicycle Room is the property of the Corporation and does not form part of individual units. The Corporation and/or Management reserves the right to remove bicycles belonging to owners or tenants who do not comply with the Corporation’s policies.

Please be considerate and allow others the opportunity to use this storage. If you no longer require it, we kindly ask that you release it so it may be available to other residents.
