Shared Facilities

The two May Tower buildings shared their recreation facilities.

Description of Recreational and Other Amenities

This Condominium (May Tower II) will share the benefit of the amenities listed hereunder located in May Tower I.

Electronic gate arm and controlled access to the parking garage entrance ramp north of May Tower I providing vehicular access to three (3) levels below grade of the parking garage to be shared by residents and their guests of May Tower I and May Tower II;
an indoor swimming pool and whirlpool;
men's and ladies' steam rooms with dressing rooms and washrooms adjacent to the indoor swimming pool;
a billiards room (pool table);
an exercise room
children's play room

The foregoing list of amenities together with the following list of amenities are included in the Shared Facilities Agreement between this Condominium Corporation and the May Tower I Corporation (MTCC 1256), and the following list of shared amenities located in this Condominium:

two (2) guest suites for use on a rental basis;
a library/lounge;
two (2) mahjong (card) rooms;
a multi-purpose (ping pong) room;
a gymnasium, including men's and ladies' change rooms;
a party room with kitchen facilities for use on a rental basis
