May Tower Shared Recreation Facilities
The recreation facilities include indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, exercise room, steam/sauna room, billiard room, party room*, guest suites*, indoor gymnasium (badminton/basketball court), Men's/Women's Change Rooms, library, play area.
Rules and Usage
Gymnasium
Bookings are conducted at the concierge desk in May Tower II.
Rules for booking of gym times:
- Bookings must be conducted at concierge desk at May Tower II.
- Bookings commence at 6 am on a first come first serve basis.
- Bookings will be conducted on a daily basis. There will be no bookings in advance.
- Each suite may only book one slot during regular hours 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and one during peak hours 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

You must register your name and suite number.
Access card/fob must be presented and left with concierge until you are finished using the Gym.
Exercise Room
This room is on the second floor of May Tower I. No booking in advance is required but if you need to use the weights please request the key at the security desk (May Tower II). (See the list of equipment)
- Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the Exercise Room.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by and under the supervision and responsibility of a Resident age 18 or over.
The exercise room contains various types of machines. Read the notices posted throughout the room. They contain information for your protection, proper use and enjoyment of the equipment. Relocation or removal of equipment is not permitted. Radios are permitted providing that a head set is worn so that the music cannot be heard to cause nuisance to other users.
Swimming Pool and Sauna
Located next to May Tower I. You must leave your access card (or fob) with the security guard at May Tower I to obtain a key to enter the pool/sauna. Proper pool attire must be worn.
Hot Tub/Jacuzzi
Located next to the swimming pool (May Tower I). You must leave your access card (or fob) with the security guard at May Tower I to obtain a key to enter the pool area. Proper pool attire must be worn.
Children Ages for the use of Swimming Pool
The current Rule regarding the age of children using the Swimming Pool
remains unchanged. Rule reads as follows:
Children between 2-16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult,
and will be allowed in the pool area from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Billiards Room (Pool table)
Located on the second floor of May Tower I. You must leave your access card with the security guard at May Tower I to obtain a key to enter this facility.
Library
Located on the second floor of May Tower II. You must leave your access card with the security guard at May Tower II and he/she will open the door for you. Residents of May Tower I have their own library.
Ping pong /Mahjong room
Located on the second floor of May Tower II. You must leave your access card with the security guard at May Tower II and he/she will open the door for you. It is not as popular as the gym but booking is recommended.
Children's Play Room
Located on the second floor of May Tower I. You must leave your access card with the security guard at May Tower I to obtain a key to enter this facility. There are plenty of toys for small children
Party Room ($)
There are two party rooms. They are located on the second floor of each tower. Bookings are conducted through the Management Office of May Tower I or II.
You must complete the party room rental agreement before using the party room.
Guest Suites ($)
The Guest Suites are located on the second floor. Bookings are conducted through the Management Office in May Tower II located on the main floor. $75 per night.
Facilities and equipment are used at your own risk: The corporation and management – its Principals, Representatives and Employees are not responsible for any injuries sustained while using the Recreation Amenities.
Guests: A maximum of four guests, including children, may be hosted by residents at any one time. Guests must be accompanied by the resident at all times. As the resident you are responsible for your guests' actions in the building and recreation facilities.
Change rooms and locker area: Lockers have been provided in the change room for your use. Please bring a lock with you should you decide to utilize the lockers. No articles are to be left overnight in the area. Contents will be removed and if not claimed after 30 days will be disposed of. For safety reasons, we request that you refrain from usage of powders as they can create a slip hazard. Also for hygienic reasons shaving in this area is not allowed.
General and outside areas: Roller-skating and Rollerblading, or riding a bicycle is not permitted on or within any portion of the common elements. Pets are not to be exercised in the outdoor or indoor shared facilities. Please ensure that, when walking your pet on any other area of the common element, scooping after your pet is completed. Any damage to the gardens or mess created by pets will be charged back to the resident/owner. Littering on or about the property is not allowed. Smoking is not permitted at any time in the shared facilities as well as any other common area.
In cases of misconduct or breach of Recreation Centre Rules; residents may lose the privilege of using the facilities.

Recent Annual Contributions to the Shared Facilities by May Tower II
Common Area Deficiency Form
If you find any issues with the shared facilities complete a common area deficiency form explaining the problem and give it to the security guard if the management office is not open. The forms can be obtained from the concierge desk. All resident concerns are to be directed to the Management Office in writing.
