Annual Fan Coil Maintenance

IMPORTANT: TO THE RESIDENTS OF MAY TOWER II

Notice to Enter Your Suite for Fan Coil Maintenance

This notice is served as a formal entry notice to your suite. The technician from Harbour HVAC will be escorted by the Superintendent for in-suite fan coil cleaning and filter changing services.

Please refer to the following schedules for your suite:
Working Hours: 9:00am to 4:00pm

Wednesday, May 20, 2026- Floors: PH3, PH2, PH1, 25th
Thursday, May 21, 2026 - Floors: 23rd, 22nd, 21st, 20th
Friday, May 22, 2026 - Floors: 19th, 18th, 17th, 16th
Monday, May 25, 2026 - Floors: 15th, 12th, 11th, 10th
Tuesday, May 26, 2026 - Floors: 9th, 8th, 7th, 6th
Wednesday, May 27, 2026 - Floors: 5th, 3rd , Callbacks

Please note for your co-operation – Access to your unit is Required:
Please keep the fan coil accessible by removing any furniture and maintaining about
4 feet of clear working space.
Please remove valuables from the entrance to the work area; the contractor is not responsible for any damage.
Please note: the technicians will use your kitchen tap water to test the drain.
Security Alarm should be OFF. Dogs and pets should be properly attended to.
Door locks should be capable of being opened by our master key and owners should not change keys without notifying the Management Office.
If access to the suite is unavailable on the scheduled date, the next visit will be subject to a charge at the owner’s expense.
