Form 1 - Consent (Schedule “B” To Declaration)

(under Clause 7(2)(b) of the Condominium Act, 1998)

  1. LONDON GUARANTEE INSURANCE COMPANY has registered mortgages within the meaning of clause 7(2)(b) of the Condominium Act, 1998, registered as Numbers C908826 and E126327 in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Metropolitan Toronto (No. 66).
  2. LONDON GUARANTEE INSURANCE COMPANY consents to the registration of this declaration, pursuant to the Act, against the land or the interests appurtenant to the land, as the land and the interests are described in the description.
  3. LONDON GUARANTEE INSURANCE COMPANY postpones the mortgage and the interests under it to the declaration and the easements described in Schedule A to the declaration.
  4. LONDON GUARANTEE INSURANCE COMPANY is entitled by law to grant this consent and postponement.

  3. HSBC BANK CANADA postpones the mortgage and the interests under it to the declaration and the easements described in Schedule A to the declaration.
  4. HSBC BANK CANADA is entitled by law to grant this consent and postponement.
